Throw all ingredients into a bowl (optionally: sift the flour beforehand to avoid clumps) and mix for a minute or two. Put pan on high (~8/10) heat and wait for it to be heated up.
For each crepe: Cover the pan evenly in a thin layer of crepes-mix. Separate the bottom of the crepe from pan / unstuck it once the mix in the pan is no longer liquid. As the bottom of the crepe is getting slightly brown, flip it once. Check and bottom until crepe is finished.
While the next crepe is being prepared, spread the topping / nutella ontop of the finished crepe, and roll it up.
